Danish Cookies!

Salam!

This is to kill boredom!

Danish Cookies.
75gm butter
50gm sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg yolk + 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (whisk together)
150gm flour (remove 1 tbsp)
A pinch of baking powder
1 tbsp skim milk powder (I used fresh milk, about 2 tbsp)

How-To.
1. Cream butter+sugar+salt till fluffy.
2. Add yolk, beat well.
3. Sieve in flour+baking powder. Then add milk powder(or fresh milk). Use your hands and it'll form a dough.
4. Put dough in plastic wrap, chill in fridge until it's a little harder. Roll it and use cookie cutters, any shapes that you'd prefer.
5. Bake on lined tray at 180'C for 10 minutes.
The taste? Fantasticolicious!!! :D
On a sadder note, K. Yati's grandfather passed away on midnight. My deepest condolences to her and her family. I've heard so many great things about the old guy and I believe, he's the best grand-dad for his grand-kids. Al-Fatihah!
Love, Cekya.
