Another Buttery Entry!

Salam!

This Nigella's recipe was meant for cuppies. Tapi today malas nak put cup by cup, I decided to bake it in a cake tin. 
We ate it right off the oven. Ahhh! Delicious!

Here's the recipe;

Nigella's Butter Cake.
125gm butter
125gm sugar
125gm flour + 1/2tsp baking powder + 1/2tsp bicarbonate soda
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla essence
2tbsp milk
Sprinkles

1. Cream butter + sugar. Once fluffy, add eggs, one at a time.
2. Add vanilla essence.
3. Add half flour + 1tbsp milk.
4. Add remaining of flour + milk.
5. Spray your baking tin with canola oil or butter, and put parchment paper at the bottom of tin.
6. Fill in the tin, level it and add sprinkles on top of batter.
7. Bake in 160'C for 30 minutes.
8. Eat it hot!! :D
